Caldwell County Authorities To Announce Charges In Case Against Garland Nelson

An announcement on additional charges filed against Garland Nelson, the man suspected in connection with the disappearance of Nick and Justin Diemel will be made this morning.  The Diemel brothers were last seen in July when they came to the farm in Braymer to check on cattle.  Human remains were found on the property.  To date, Nelson has only been charged with alleged tampering with a vehicle that was rented by the brothers.

Caldwell County Sheriff Jerry Galloway and the Prosecuting Attorney Brady Kopek will brief the media at about 10:30 am today at the Caldwell County Courthouse in Kingston.  KCHI will have information on the case as soon as it becomes available.
