State Troopers in Chariton County arrested a Fayette, Missouri man Tuesday at about 9:20 am. According to the report, 22-year-old Brett Redd was arrested for alleged speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Chariton County Jail.
