An Endangered Person Advisory was issued for a 55-year-old Kirksville woman, who was last seen October 30th at about 5:35 pm.
Fifty-five-year-old Meredith Ann Water Lewis is a white woman, female, 5 foot 7 inches tall, 145 pounds, with short spiked red hair, green eyes, and tattoos on the right shoulder, left and right foot, and left calf. She was last known to be wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt with white lettering on the front, light blue jeans, white socks, black sandals.
Authorities say Lewis was last seen on foot in the area of Route P at Highway 63. She has several medical conditions and has displayed unusual behavior recently.
Anyone seeing the missing person or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Kirksville Police Department at 660-785-6945.
