The Livingston County K-9, Zaki was called into action in Trenton Tuesday morning. The Trenton Police Department, at the request of the Trenton R-IX School District, and with the assistance of Livingston County Deputy Nicholas Leadbetter and K9 Zaki, conducted a search for illegal narcotics at the Trenton High School and Trenton Middle School. The report from the Trenton Police Department indicates nothing of evidentiary value was located during the search.
