School Board Approves Conversion Of HR Records

The Chillicothe R-II Human Resources records at the District office took up considerable amounts of space, but under an agreement approved by the Chillicothe R-II School Board Tuesday, the records will soon be stored and accessed electronically.  Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the agreement is with Talent Ed is for five years at a cost of $27,937.

Mr Wiebers says the company will scan in the current files.  They will also provide access to the information needed by the administrators.

He says after the five-year contract, the district would be responsible for renewals at about $3,000 a year.
