State Troopers report two arrests for the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday, Troopers in Ray County arrested 24-year-old Amber Shields of Carrollton at about 11:00 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance, speeding, no insurance and no seatbelt. She was processed at the Ray County Jail and later released
Sunday, Troopers in Macon County arrested 31-year-old Joshua Knouse of Wheeling on two warrants, a Kansas warrant for alleged forgery and a Randolph County warrant for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Macon County jail pending the posting of bond.
