State Troopers arrested a North Kansas City woman in Daviess County Wednesday night. At 9:15 pm, Fifty-one-year-old Karen Bark was arrested on two Harrison County warrants. The first was for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while revoked or suspended, the other was for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged no insurance. She was taken to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office and held pending the posting of bond.
