The day started with about 3 ½ inches of snow on the ground for the Chillicothe area and we could see a little more accumulation this afternoon and early evening. National Weather Service Meteorologist Chris Bowman says the snow is moving up out of Kansas.
Boman says after this system moves out, we should see conditions moderate a bit.
Partly sunny to mostly sunny later in the week could mean temperatures closer to normal.
