A Chillicothe man was added to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department most wanted Wednesday afternoon. Forty-three-year-old Barry Preston Cooper is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged delivery of a controlled substance – Methamphetamine. Bond for Cooper is set at $20,000 cash.
Barry Preston Cooper is described as a white male, 43 years old, 5 foot 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
