LCSD Arrests Man on Most Wanted List

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a man one day after being placed on the Most Wanted list. Officers arrested 33 year old Nathaniel B Novotny of Chillicothe on a warrant for alleged six counts of felony forgery. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
Friday Deputies arrested 43 year old Joel T. Kellison of Chillicothe on a warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original Class E felony of Domestic Violence 3rd degree. He was found in the 1000 block of Graves Street and had been a fugitive since November 13th.
Officers Friday arrested 38 year old Jeremy W. McDermott of Carroll County on a Livingston County Warrant for alleged failure to appear in court on 3 counts of Class A Misdemeanor non-support. He had been a fugitive since July 16 2018 and had been residing in Carroll County.
Thursday the Sheriff’s department began an investigation of property damage to a cemetery in rural Livingston County. The investigation is continuing at this time.
Other on-going investigations include drug distribution, stealing, burglary, animal abuse and child offenses.
