State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties on January 1st.
At about 2:50 am in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 25-year-old Siera Edwards of Pleasant Valley for alleged DWI, Speeding and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
Just before 6:00 pm in Linn County, troopers arrested 21-year-old James Baldwin of Chillicothe for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and excessive window tint. He was processed and released.
Just after 8:00 pm in Grundy County, Troopers arrested 27-year-old Devin Massey of Trenton for alleged possession of marijuana and on a Brookfield warrant for alleged displaying unlawful plates. He was taken to the Grundy County Jail pending the posting of bond.
