A Kansas City Kansas man was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Thursday afternoon. At about 2:05 pm, Troopers arrested 49-year-old Evelio Narvaez for alleged driving while suspended and speeding. He was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and later released.
