Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request to change the zoning designation for a property on Elm Street. The meeting will be next Monday, February 3rd at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The property owner for the old Central School Building has requested a change of zoning to Residential R-3. This would allow for the creation of residential apartments on the property.
