Three arrests are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Wednesday.
7:07 am, an officer was at the Probation and Parole Office serving a warrant on an individual. The warrant was for a Probation/Parole violation. They were processed and taken to the Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
8:00 am, Officers arrested a 46-year-old man for stealing from a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The male was processed, cited, and released pending a Court appearance.
9:03 am, an officer was at the Probation and Parole Office to serve a Probation/Parole violation warrant. The person was brought to PD, and later taken to the Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
11:10 am, Officer out at a home on 11th Street in reference to a suspicious package. It was determined OK.
11:17 am, Officers assisted Emergency Services on a medical call in the 100 block of W. Business 36 Highway.
11:30 am Officers performed a well-being check at a home in the 700 block of East Street. everything was OK.
12:15 pm, Officers assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department with a disturbance at the County Court House.
1:02 pm, Officer out at Young Veterinary Clinic on an investigation.
1:30 pm, Officers took a report of a sexual assault that is stated to have occurred in Chillicothe on a previous date and involving a young victim. The investigation is continuing.
2:19 pm, Officer out at business on Liv# 247 on a continuing investigation.
2:33 pm, Officer out at business in the 400 block of Washington Street on a continuing investigation.
2:52 pm, Officers responded to the 100 block of S Washington Street for a report of an accident. Officers found the driver was southbound on Washington Street and suffered a medical issue and traveled off the right side of the roadway and hit a parked car causing minor damage to both vehicles. The driver was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.
5:20 pm, Officer spoke with a person that reported a dog was following them on Locust Street near Polk Street. The dog was caught and later turned over to Animal Control.
8:05 pm, Officer assisted Emergency Services with a medical call in the 1500 block of Jackson Street.
Numerous traffic stops, continuing investigations and building security checks.
Chillicothe Police received 89 calls for service Wednesday.
