Livingston County Sheriff’s Report For Early February

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for early February includes several arrests, investigations and a couple of unattended deaths.

Incident Reports:

February 3rd, a deputy was attempting to serve a protection order at a rural residence. A woman in the home gave the deputy multiple items of drug paraphernalia for marijuana and some marijuana she claimed belonged to the person we were looking for.

February 10th, the School Resource Officer Mike Lewis filed a report of an assault on Chillicothe High School property. Two juveniles have been identified.

February 12th, Deputies began an investigation at Hedrick Medical Center where a man accidentally shot himself in the hand while cleaning a handgun. The man thought the gun was safe and unloaded.

Most Wanted Updates:

February 8th, Grundy County arrested 33-year-old Kailean Allen Volker on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Trafficking Drugs (Methamphetamine). Volker is now in the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.  The report states Volker allegedly first attempted to tell law enforcement he was one of his siblings but the officers were well prepared and knew better.

February 8th Grundy County authorities arrested 21-year-old Sierra Rose Copsey, on Livingston County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). Copsey was with Volker at the time of that arrest. Copsey is also held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

February 13th, LCSO made positive progress on a fugitive investigation. They found 38-year-old Anthony David Munroe hiding in a basement of a home on N. Fair Street in Chillicothe. He was wanted on a warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a charge of alleged Abuse or Neglect of a Child (no sexual contact).  Munroe surrendered once deputies made entry into the home.  The report states a small amount of suspected controlled substance was found, and two children were also in the home, but were found to be okay.

February 13th, deputies arrested 33-year-old Amber Cashatt-Harris on Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Condition(s).  She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
