Budget works is nearing completion by the Missouri House of Representatives. Representative Rusty Black was in Chillicothe for the Salute To Agriculture and talked with KCHI about the session. Black says They expected to work on the supplemental budget Monday.
Black says he is working on a bill dealing with huffing.
Black says he continues the work in the education committees.
