A man arrested February 6 on charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance, including alleged methamphetamine, is on the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department Most wanted list.
Fifty-eight-year-old James R Utley of Chillicothe was released on his own recognizance, with conditions. He was due in court on March 3rd and allegedly failed to appear. A new warrant was issued, with bond set at $25,0000. Utley is described as a white male, six feet tall, 206 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. A photo is posted with this story on the KCHI web page.
30-year-old Pamela Jo Williams of Versailles is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged stealing a firearm. Bond is set at $5,000. Williams is described as a white female, 5 foot 2 inches tall, 128 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her photo is also with this story on our webpage.
