Three Charged In Late December Assault

An incident in front of a bar on December 29th that left a man with a broken leg, four broken ribs and a collapsed lung, resulted in assault charges against three Chillicothe men.  The Chillicothe Police Department investigated the incident and the probable cause statement states five to six individuals jumped a woman.  It also states 22-year-olds Trey C McLemore, Collin E Donoho, and Aaron Baker of Chillicothe were allegedly responsible for the assault of a man who was later hospitalized.

Baker and Donoho waived arraignment and entered not guilty pleas during their court appearance last week before Judge Michael Leamer.  Donoho posted bond and was released with bond set at $10,000, Baker was released on his own recognizance.  They are both scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on March 18th.

McLemore had been held with no bond allowed since his arrest March 2nd.  He made his court appearance this (Monday) morning before Judge Daren Adkins, waived the arraignment and entered a not guilty plea.  McLemore’s bond was set at $20,000.  His next court appearance is April 6th.
