Wheeling water patrons should boil water used for cooking or drinking for at least three minutes and surfaces that come in contact with raw or prepared foods should be sanitized with a solution of clean tap water and a tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water.
Ice cubes made with tap water should be thrown out and made with boiled water.
