The Missouri Department of Transportation has several projects planned or underway in the area counties. That work includes some pothole patching at various locations. Specific projects in the local counties include:
Caldwell County
US 36 – Resurfacing project westbound from the Livingston County line to Route 13 through mid-April. There is a 14-foot width restriction in place.
Route J – Resurfacing project from US 36 to Route 6 in Daviess County through mid-April. There is a 10-foot width restriction in place.
Chariton County
US 24 – Bridge replacement project at the Mussel Fork River and Overflow bridges west of Keytesville through April
US 24 – Bridge replacement project at the Middle Fork Chariton River and Overflow bridges through March 2020.
Daviess County
Route 6 – Bridge maintenance, March 23 – 25
US 69 – Bridge maintenance, March 23 – 27
Livingston County
US 65 – Bridge rehabilitation on the Grand River Bridge through November.
Route 190 – Bridge rehabilitation on the Thompson River Bridge through November.
Route C – Bridge inspection at the Shoal Creek Bridge, March 23 – 27
Sullivan County
Route PP – CLOSED for a bridge replacement project at the East Medicine Creek Bridge through early July.
