Chillicothe Police Report – Tuesday

Chillicothe Police responded to 100 calls for service Tuesday.

12:23 AM, Officers responded to the area of Vine and Polk Streets for a suspicious person in the area. Officers made contact with the subject who stated he was walking home.

7:00 AM, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Washington Street for a business alarm. Officers found the alarm to be false.

8:06 AM, Officers responded to the 100 block of Mitchell Street on a report of stealing. The Investigation continues.

10:59 am, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Grandview for animal neglect.

11:58 am, Officers responded to the 600 block of Walnut on a report of stealing. The Investigation continues.

12:53 pm, Officers responded to the 1700 block of Clay Street for a burglary. The Investigation continues.

2:37 pm, Officers responded to the 700 block of Elm Street on a report of a suspicious person. The person was located and was escorted off the property.

10:52 pm, Officers responded to the area of 11th and Elm Street for an explosion. Officers determined that someone had set off a large firework in the street.
