Livingston County Sheriff’s Report

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports several incidents and investigations.  Some of the items in the report include:

Incident Reports:

Deputies completed an investigation of alleged Violation of Full Order of Protection and Phone Harassment.  The suspect is incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections and reportedly contacting the victim by phone and using other offenders in DOC to assist with the crime.  Report being submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration.

March 21 deputies began an investigation of fraud and identity theft of local a resident after learning credit had been applied for outside of this area with the victim’s name and personal information.

Deputies completed an investigation of alleged Hindering Prosecution and Possession of Methamphetamine from February 23rd.  A female suspect was allegedly helping a known felony fugitive avoid law enforcement and she was also found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.  A report was sent to the prosecuting attorney.

 

Arrests in the report include:

March 15th a deputy stopped a vehicle on US 36 that was taking up both lanes of traffic.  Deputies arrested 26-year-old Eunisha White of Kansas City.  She was released on a summons.

March 16th deputies arrested 57-year-old Constance Marie Denton of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions from a charge of alleged Delivery of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.  Denton was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
