A single-vehicle accident on Jewel Drive, east of Brookfield Thursday afternoon, left the driver with serious injuries. State Troopers report 42-year-old Christopher Wilson of Brookfield was ejected from his pick-up when he lost control and his vehicle overturned while being chased by Brookfield police. The crash happened at about 3:50 pm. Wilson and his passenger, 28-year-old Alisha McCollum of Brookfield were both taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital for treatment. McCollum had minor injuries. They were not wearing safety belts.
