State Troopers report one arrest in the area counties Wednesday. At about 8:40 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 24-year-old Jeremy Osburn of St. Joseph for alleged speeding, invalid registration, and DWI. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
