Chillicothe Police Report For The Weekend

The Chillicothe Police Department report for the weekend includes numerous calls about fireworks.  The Chillicothe Police Department reminds area residents the use of fireworks was only allowed through July 4th.

 

On Saturday the 4th,

1:20 am, Officer provided a courtesy ride to Hedrick Medical Center to a walk-in at the Police Department who was requesting medical assistance.

12:16 pm, Officers responded to a home in 1400 block of Polk Street where the person that was contacted earlier had become disorderly, trespassed, and ultimately resisted officers and was then arrested.

6:30 pm, Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Cowgill St.  Determined to be a verbal argument with one party being intoxicated.  That person was brought to the PD for being extremely intoxicated and held for detox.

 

On Sunday,

6:11 AM Officers responded to the 1000 block of Graves Street for a suspicious person. Officers contacted the person and asked him to leave the business to which he complied.

11:00 AM Officers responded to the 1400 block of lambert Drive for a property damage report. Further investigation is to continue.

2:45 PM Officers responded to the 200 block of Clay Street for illegal burning. Officers contacted the subject and advised him of the city ordinance and had him extinguish the flame.

5:13 PM Officers responded to the area of Clay Street for a noise complaint. Officers located the subject and asked him to turn down the music to which he agreed.
