State Troopers report two Chillicothe residents were arrested.
Friday at about 11:10 pm in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 31-year-old Clinton Foster for alleged DWI, Driving While suspended or revoked, careless and imprudent driving, no insurance and no seatbelt. He was processed and released.
At about 1:50 Saturday morning in Carroll County, Troopers arrested 25-year-old Jackson Cairns of Chillicothe for alleged DWI, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and no insurance. He was processed at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and released.
