The Missouri Highway Patrol reports an ATV accident and two arrests in the area counties Wednesday.
A Bethany man had moderate injuries in an ATV accident Wednesday evening in Livingston County. State Troopers report 25-year-old Dakota Richardson of Bethany was taken to Hedrick Medical Center following the accident on private property southeast of Avalon. According to the report, Richardson was headed east when the ATV overturned. He was not wearing a helmet.
Arrests Include:
At about 5:35 pm in Livingston County, Troopers arrested a Florida man for alleged possession of a controlled substance, speeding and no insurance. He was processed, cited, and released.
At about 9:35 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 37-year-old David Gooch of Excelsior Springs for alleged DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and No Insurance. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
