A two-vehicle accident in Carroll County Friday evening left one driver with minor injuries. State Troopers report 37-year-old Bobby Derickson of Carrollton had minor injuries and was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital for treatment. The accident happened about 5:40 pm on Route D near County Road 300, as Derickson was northbound and a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old girl was westbound and drove into the path of and was struck by the Derickson vehicle. They were both wearing seatbelts.
