The Chillicothe City Council has four ordinances and a board appointment to consider when they meet Monday. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm at the CMU meeting Room and social distancing will be maintained.
Following the presentation of the financials, the appearances will include:
Mayor Kelly will make a recommendation for the Railroad Advisory Board.
The City Attorney will present four ordinances relating to an addendum to the contract with Chillicothe Rural Fire. They include:
- Authorization for the sale of a fire truck (Pumper #2) to Rural Fire.
- Accepting a bid for the purchase of a fire skid unit
- Accepting a bid for the purchase of a trailer
- Accepting the addendum to the Rural Fire Contract.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
The Chillicothe City Council meeting is open to the public.
