The Chillicothe R-II School Board will meet in Special Session Friday at Noon. The meeting will include a discussion of the recent declaration by the Livingston County Health Department, that administrators, teachers, and staff in the Chillicothe School District, as well as all Livingston County Schools, are considered essential.
Superintendent Dan Wiebers, says Essential status allows quarantined staff, who are not symptomatic, nor COVID-19 positive, to return to the classrooms and/or buildings.
The Board will need to approve the protocol, which will become effective Monday, September 28th.
