The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and the Midland Empire Alcohol Task Force conducted compliance checks in Chillicothe late last week.  Sheriff Steve Cox says during the checks, an underage person is sent into a business to attempt to purchase alcohol.  The sales person, bartender or retail sales clerk, should ask for proper ID.
