Two Milan Residents Arrested On DWI Charges

Two Milan residents were arrested by State Troopers Tuesday on DWI Charges. At 11:10 am, Troopers arrested 26-year-old Mousas Aani for alleged DWI- persistent offender, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, expired plates and no seat belt.  He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail. The City of Chillicothe began the process of applying for a Community Development Block Grant, or GDBG, for demolition in Chillicothe.  City Administrator Darin Chappell says this is for 14 residential structures and one commercial structure. Chillicothe Street Projects To Begin Soon

The Chillicothe City Council approved the contracts for two types of street projects that will begin soon.  City Administrator Darin Chappell says there is project that includes curb, gutter and overlay that will start this fall and be completed in the spring on Broken Arrow, Hickory and Paul Street.  The contract was awarded to M&M Utilities of Chillicothe for $880,200.  […]
