The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has two that were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. Thursday afternoon, 22-year-old Jason David Close of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged failure to register as a sex offender.  Bond is set at $5,000. The Chillicothe Boys and Girls track teams both finished in Second Place in the Midland Empire Conference Meet.  It marked the Eighth straight season the Hornet Boys have finished in the top two of the MEC meet.
