One of Livingston County’s Most Wanted was arrested Monday by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and Chillicothe Police Department.  Sheriff Steve Cox says officers arrested Zachary Ryan Kerns of Milan on a warrant for alleged violation of bond conditions from an original charge of alleged possession of drugs.  New bond was set at $10,000 cash.  He remains in custody at […]

MoDOT Resurfacing Project on US 65

The resurfacing of US 65 through Mercer, Grundy, Livingston and Carroll counties will continue at least through mid-August.
