City Administrator’s Contract Renewed

The Chillicothe City Council renewed the contract for City Administrator Darin Chappell.  The action was taken in Monday’s executive session.  The contract renewal includes one amendment.  The council approved paying 100% full medical coverage premium for Chappell’s spouse.  The city had been paying 25%.  The full premium for the spouse is $411 per month.
