Troopers Report Three Arrests In The Area Counties

State Troopers report three arrests for the area counties on Friday and Saturday morning. In Clinton County, A Polo man was arrested on several charges.  Sixty-one-year-old James Barnes was arrested at about 12:21 pm for alleged possession of methamphetamine, DWI with drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and no insurance.  He was held at the Clinton County Jail. Two arrests in the local counties are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Wednesday.
