Promotions Approved In Chillicothe City Council Executive Session

The Chillicothe City Council approved two promotions and one hiring in their executive session Wednesday.  At the Chillicothe Fire Department, Jonathon Nolan was promoted to Lieutenant/Paramedic and Bill Gutshall was promoted to Engineer/Paramedic.
