Chillicothe Lady Hornet Freshman Aliyah Briner finished 5th in the District Cross Country meet in Platte City. The finish qualified her to compete in the state tournament next weekend. The Chillicothe Lady Hornets Cross Country team finished 7th out of 11 complete teams in the Kearney Invitational.
