One Injured In Daviess County Accident

Details Corrected: One person was injured an accident in Daviess County Monday.  The accident on Highway 6 left 63-year-old Kenneth Smith of Gallatin with minor injuries.  The Highway Patrol report Smith was eastbound and had stopped in traffic and was struck from behind by a truck driven by 65-year-old Jacob Byler of Weatherby.  Byler was not injured in the accident.  […]

State Troopers report three arrests for the area counties on Friday and Saturday morning. In Clinton County, A Polo man was arrested on several charges.  Sixty-one-year-old James Barnes was arrested at about 12:21 pm for alleged possession of methamphetamine, DWI with drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and no insurance.  He was held at the Clinton County Jail.
