Three Retirement Letters Received By Chillicothe School Board

The Chillicothe R-II School Board accepted letters of retirements and resignations during the School Board Executive Session Tuesday.  Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the retirement letters were received from: Joyce Mollohan, Mike Harrington, and Don Dennis at GRTS The board also received a resignation letter from Leda Schreiner at the Litton Ag Center and from the Assistant Volleyball Coach Madison Bussee.

Smith Named CMS Principal

A new Principal for the Chillicothe Middle School was approved by the School Board this week.  Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the district already knows her. Wiebers says Smith is well qualified for the position. The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 81 calls for service Thursday.  Those calls include: At 4:19 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a parking violation on Jackson St. near Woodward St.  The owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.
