MoDOT Roadwork For Week of July 4th
MOST work on Missouri Highways will stop for the July 4th Holiday, but some work zones may remain in place. The Missouri Department of Transportation says Most routine work zones will stop at Noon Tuesday, July 3rd and resume at 7 am Thursday, July 5th.
Roadwork scheduled in the coming week for the local counties includes:
On US 65 work continues north and south of Chillicothe. That includes Sealing and resurfacing from the Missouri River to Chillicothe and Sealing of the roadway from Chillicothe to the Iowa Line.
US 36 – Resurfacing project and turn lane construction at Bob Griffin Road
Route P – CLOSED for a culvert replacement from Route K to Route YY, on Monday.
Route 6 – Resurfacing project from Iowa Boulevard to No Creek,
US 36 – Pavement repair westbound from Route 11 to Route FF,
US 36 – Shoulder improvements and guardrail work from just east of Route 11 to Route 5.
Route V – CLOSED for a culvert replacement project from Route C to Inca Road, Tuesday.
