LCSD Arrests and Most Wanted
Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies recently stopped a vehicle in Chillicothe for an equipment violation. The stop resulted in arresting 45 year old Mark Anthony Koenig of Trenton for driving while suspended. He was processed and released on a summons. Deputies on a separate traffic stop arrested 47 year old Marshal Monroe Condray Jr of Wheeling on a Jackson County warrant for alleged obstruction with bond set at nearly $8,700. Cordray was transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail pending extradition by the Jackson County Sheriff.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department recently added two new names to their most wanted list. 25 year old William A. Dyer of Green Castle was wanted on alleged probation violation arrest warrant with the original charge being felony Domestic Assault in the 3rd degree. He was arrested by authorities in Adair County and extradition is expected to occur at the first opportunity.
39 year old Brian Perry of Breckenridge is wanted on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine from a May 2018 investigation.
