On the Chillicothe High School Sports Schedule for Monday October 8th:
Three Chillicothe Girls Tennis Team Members will be in St Joseph today for sectional tennis individual competition.
In Doubles competition, the #2 district team of Hunter Keithley and Hannah Cypert will take on District 16 champions from Savannah. Keithley and Cypert beat their opponents in the regular season 8-2.
A win there would put them against the winner of Marshall’s district champion doubles team vs Benton’s district 2nd place team.
In singles play, Chillicothe’s Macy Cavanah, the District runner up, will face Savannah’s Jocelynn Kallauner, Savannah’s #1 singles player this season. The winner will face the winner of the Marshall vs Maryville contest.
Girls Golf team is in the Sectional meet at Heritage Hills Golf Course, a par 70 course in Moberly
POSTPONED – Girls Softball hosts Trenton. Trenton has just two losses on the season so far. Middle School Softball has been cancelled. They end the season with a 10-1 record.
Girls Volleyball is at Penney High of Hamilton at 5:00pm. So far Hamilton has just one win on the season.
JV/9th Grade Football is at Savannah at 5:00pm
Cross Country is at Kearney in a meet that was rained out on Saturday.
