As the Chillicothe R-II School Board continues the search for the next Superintendent, they are asking for the assistance of the school district residents and staff. To help with the process, they have developed a survey which lists leadership qualities of a superintendent. They are asking the community and staff to complete the survey and indicate the most desired leadership qualities they perceive the new superintendent should have for our district.
The results of this survey will be used by the School Board and consultants as they continue the process of seeking and screening applicants, as well as for the development of the interview content.
