A rural Chillicothe man died in a farm accident Saturday afternoon. Forty-three year old Mark Burton of Chillicothe died at Hedrick Medical Center he was thrown from a tractor. The accident happened at about 1:30 pm Saturday on LIV 451, 10 miles southwest of Chillicothe. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports Burton was driving the tractor on a private driveway and crossed LIV 451 and hit the ditch. He was thrown from the tractor and was run over by the tractor.
