State Troopers reported three arrests in the KCHI area over the weekend.
Saturday at about 10:35 pm, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 51 year old Lane Johnson of Kansas City on a Cass County warrant for alleged failure to appear for alleged failing to register a vehicle. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention center pending the posting of bond.
Saturday at about 11:10 pm in Livingston County, 20 year old Rachel Nowland of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged DWI and speeding. She was processed and released.
Sunday at about 10:55 pm in Daviess County, 38 year old Rocky Botts of Cameron was arrested on three warrants, including: a Clinton County warrant for alleged possession, a Clay County warrant for alleged child neglect and a Cameron Police Warrant for an alleged peace disturbance. Botts was also arrested for alleged no seat belt. He was turned over to the Clinton County sheriff’s Office and is held with no bond allowed.
