Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday & Wednesday

The Chillicothe Police Department reported a drug arrest and several other investigations Tuesday.

At about 12:25 am, Officers responded to drug activity in the 100 block of Herriford. They arrested Kerrie L Misenko for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

10:40 am, Officers stopped at a business in the 100 block of Graves Street.  They recovered a debit card, which they returned to the local bank.

About 4:00 pm, The investigation of alleged theft of a debit card from a resident in a local nursing home was completed, with the arrest of Kari L. Dolan.   She is charged with alleged theft of a credit device, stealing over $750.00 and financial exploitation of the elderly.

6:00 pm, Officers were called for a report of lumber in the roadway at Ryan Lane and Washington Street.

10:55 pm, Officers arrested Joseph Clyde Farrar on a Caldwell County warrant for alleged failure to appear warrant.  He ws arrested in the 300 block of Wilson Street and turned over to Caldwell County.

Wednesday, the Chillicothe Police Department responded to 131 calls for service.

1:00 am, Assisted another agency in attempting to locate an individual possibly in need of medical assistance.

1:30 am, investigated a report of loud music in 1000 block of Webster Street.

10:00 am, an accident at Locust and JFK resulted in minor damages to the vehicles.  No injuries were reported and vehicles driven from scene.

11:45 am, Officers stood by at the Police Department for a scheduled child custody exchange.  The parents subject never showed up for exchange.

1:00 pm, Officer placed a tow warning on a vehicle in the 200 block of Clay St.
