The Chillicothe Police Department responded to several calls for service Thursday, including several minor accidents due to the slick road conditions Thursday morning.
At about 8:00 am, officers did a well-being check for a truck driver that hadn’t had contact with his company for some time. The driver and truck were located and were OK.
At about Noon, Officers assisted another agency with investigation.
Also at about Noon, officers arrested Christian Jones on a Grundy County warrant on. He posted bond and was released.
5:05 pm, Responded to the 2600 block of Washington Street for a two vehicle accident. The report states both vehicles were southbound on Washington Street when a vehicle driven by Randel W. Hulett began to slow and make a right turn. The vehicle driven by Victoria A. Skinner hit the rear bumper of Hulett’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Â Skinner was cited for following too closely.
5:20 pm, Officers investigated a possible stealing incident in the 500 block of W. Mohawk.
