The Chillicothe Boys Basketball team will be in action later this afternoon. The Hornets will face the Plattsburg Tigers in the NCMC Holiday Hoops Shoot Out in Trenton at 4:00pm.
Chillicothe is coming off back to back wins over Trenton and Macon at home to improve to 4-2 on the season. Plattsburg is coming off a 51-48 road win at North Platte last night. They are 5-1 on their season with the only loss to East Buchanan in the KCI Tournament.

Other games today at the NCMC Holiday Hoops will start at 10:00am. Tri County vs Bucklin/Macon County Girls then boys, Benton girls vs Hillsboro at 1:00pm. Des Moines Hoover Boys vs Lincoln Council Bluff at 2:30.
After the Chillicothe game will be North Mercer vs Stanberry Girls followed by Boys.
Also Saturday the Chillicothe wrestling team returns to the Moberly Spartan Duals two day event. Duals start at 9:30 today and will feature five dual matches, after having four rounds on Friday.
Teams involved in addition to Chillicothe are Moberly, Fulton, Bonneville, Affton, St James, Eldon, Southern Boone and Priory.
The matches will be held at Moberly Area Community College.
