The City of Chillicothe suffered a loss in 2018 with the death of Mayor Chuck Haney, but despite that loss, Chillicothe has done well and continues to prosper. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the local economy has been very strong.
Chappell says financially, the City of Chillicothe is also very strong.
Chappell says he expects that to continue through the remainder of the fiscal years that ends April 1st.
